GIS5007 - About me Blog Post

 Story Map Link: https://arcg.is/0jer5v0

Hello, I am Evan Ueberroth, I joined the GIS program because I really enjoy the work and the wide variety of uses it has. I am an Anthropologist who studied Archaeology in the past, and GIS plays a big part in the work they do. I am an avid outdoorsman, so the ability to work on projects pertaining to the outdoors and have the opportunity to work in an office and in the field is attractive to me.

I hope to become efficient enough through this program to work in the fast-paced environment that GIS is. I care about nature, and I care about society, And hope I can contribute to communities and the conservation of nature using this degree.
